Taking full ownership of a caseload of defined contribution retirement plans, the remote Retirement Plan Administrator will manage 401(k) and cross-tested plans, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Perform basic non-discrimination testing and communicate directly with clients on plan mechanics Research and present on compliance topics while shadowing Senior Retirement Plan Administrator for knowledge enhancement Utilize technology efficiently to manage assigned business relationships and perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications 1-3 years of retirement plan experience 2-4 years of client services experience Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach Exceptional client service skills with a focus on timely solutions and communication
