Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and hospitality-driven individual to join our team as a Full-Time Host/Hostess. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for guest service who can confidently manage the reception area, reservations, seating, and overall guest flow while creating a warm and welcoming first impression.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate seating arrangements to maintain a smooth and balanced dining room flow.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception and waiting area.
• Provide guests with a professional, friendly, and positive first impression.
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and other Front-of-House team members.
• Assist in optimizing table turnover while maintaining a high level of guest service.
• Monitor guest needs throughout the arrival and seating process.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess in a restaurant environment is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of reservations, seating arrangements, and guest management.
• Professional appearance and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be available for a full-time schedule with flexible availability based on business needs.

Compensation

$17 per hour + tips
