We are currently hiring Order Pickers for a growing warehouse facility in Waukegan, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Candidates who demonstrate strong attendance, reliability, and performance will have the opportunity to be hired on permanently.

• Location: Waukegan, IL
• Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:50 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Use pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse systems to locate products.
• Verify order quantities and product information for accuracy.
• Pack, label, and stage orders for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
