At Interim HealthCare of the Black Hills , we're looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team. If you're passionate about helping patients remain safe, healthy, and independent in the comfort of their own homes, we'd love to meet you.
As a Home Health LPN, you'll provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN Case Manager while becoming a trusted partner in your patients' healthcare journey. Every day brings new opportunities to educate, encourage, and improve the lives of those you serve.
