We are seeking a polished, bilingual Front Desk Professional to serve as the first point of contact for our aesthetic practice. This role is much more than answering phones; you are the ambassador of our brand. The ideal candidate will manage the patient journey from the first hello to the final checkout, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience. Dental receptionist / admin

Patient Coordination: Greet patients warmly, manage the check-in/check-out process, and ensure a five-star first impression.
Schedule Management: Coordinate complex appointments using OpenDental to maximize office efficiency and minimize patient wait times.
Bilingual Communication: Act as a primary liaison for both English and Spanish-speaking patients, handling inquiries and explaining office policies.
Financial Oversight: Verify dental insurance benefits, present treatment plans, and collect patient co-pays or balances.
Record Maintenance: Ensure all patient digital charts are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with privacy regulations.
Administrative Support: Manage high-volume phone lines, handle correspondence, and maintain a tidy, professional reception area.

part-time $20 - $28 per hour

Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental or medical front office setting.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with dental practice management software.
Professionalism: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high standard of professional dress and demeanor.
Organization: Strong multi-tasking abilities with a sharp eye for detail and documentation.

Language: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
OpenDental Expertise: Advanced proficiency specifically with OpenDental software.
Aesthetic Background: Previous experience in a cosmetic dentistry or plastic surgery office.
Treatment Coordinating: Experience in presenting and closing aesthetic treatment plans.
