Dental Office/Med Spa Receptionist
Job Description Responsibilities Include:
- Managing business phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Reading and responding to emails professionally.
- Creating and managing email and text campaigns (MailChimp, Constant Contact).
- Posting and engaging on social media platforms.
- Recording and editing videos for promotional use.
- Utilizing tools like Canva for creative content.
- Maintaining dashboards in Square and Archy Dental software.
- Creating and following office checklists to maintain efficiency.
- Cleaning and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
full-time $17 - $22 per hour
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Familiar with AI tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Experienced with scheduling and customer management software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism.
- Previous experience with video editing is a plus.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.

Valid Driver License
Preferences Additional Preferences all a plus:
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Knowledgeable in holistic dental and medical terminology
Dental x-ray license
Knowledgeable in Open Dental and Square software programs
