Chemical Engineer – Chemical R&D | Connecticut A growing chemical R&D organization is seeking a Process Engineer to join a highly technical, hands-on laboratory team. What you’ll do: Lead and execute chemical process development and experimental research Operate advanced laboratory reactors and process analytical technologies Analyze reaction kinetics, crystallization, mass/energy balances, and experimental data Troubleshoot results and make technical recommendations Prepare technical reports and present findings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project timelines What we’re looking for: BS in Chemical Engineering + 2+ years of relevant laboratory experience or MS/PhD in Chemical Engineering Hands-on experience with laboratory reactors and analytical equipment Strong data analysis, technical writing, and problem-solving skills Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or contract research environments preferred Familiarity with Aspen, Dynochem, COMSOL, MATLAB, or DesignExpert is a plus Connecticut Chemical Process Development / R&D Hands-on laboratory environment If you have a Chemical Engineering background and enjoy experimental work, process development, and solving complex technical problems, this could be a good fit for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
