About The Role What if your MBA — the years spent mastering DCF models, market entry frameworks, and corporate strategy — could directly shape how AI advises the next generation of business leaders? We're looking for Business Administration experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models on executive-level business reasoning. You'll stress-test AI thinking across corporate finance, operations, strategic management, and more — identifying where it falls short and building the gold-standard responses that make it better. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Business Challenges — Develop rigorous case studies, quantitative problems, and real-world scenarios spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, cap table modeling, supply chain optimization, and organizational behavior Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write detailed, step-by-step responses that incorporate financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales that serve as training benchmarks for AI models Audit AI-Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and correct flawed AI logic — such as mishandled sunk costs, incorrect WACC calculations, or missing macroeconomic variables — and deliver structured, constructive feedback Who You Are Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution Strong foundational knowledge across at least two core business domains: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style summaries and actionable recommendations Highly precise — you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and business argument structure before they slip through Self-directed and reliable when working independently on task-based assignments No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy Background in data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows Proficiency in data-driven decision tools — Excel modeling, Tableau, SQL, or similar Experience authoring case studies, financial analyses, or strategic reports Why Join Us Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs on cutting-edge model development Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, from anywhere Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, task-based work Make a tangible impact on how AI supports executive decision-making at scale Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch #J-18808-Ljbffr
