Antwerpen Clarksville Autopark is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our Hyundai sales team in Clarksville, MD. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry, skilled in sales strategies, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves managing the daily operations of the sales department, developing sales goals, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.


• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department.


• Oversee sales operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.


• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales management or related fields.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.


• Familiarity with automotive products and the local market in Clarksville, MD.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
